Meat Rainbow was great. There was a lot of meat (thanks Amy!)
However, there were also a number of non-meat items that were tasty and delicious.
Probably the most non-meaty, gluten friendly of them all was the kale salad that I made after I stole the recipe from a friend at a dinner party.

For the vegan version I just substituted in maple syrup for the honey. Yum.
This one is even Dave approved. He said, and I quote: "nom, nom, nom".
