This weekend Anthony Piscitelli got married to Crystal Shaw.
We dubbed the event "Pishaw" on Twitter and it caught on with literally TENS of people. It was a great wedding and we're very thankful that Regan's mom and sister came with us to the hotel to watch Emmett since he still refuses to take a bottle.
I was able to dash back to the hotel to feed him at various times, while still having a fan-tab-u-lous time at the wedding.
The next morning after breakfast Regan and I stopped by the Laurier Campus to give Emmett a little tour. Not much is the same though. Some of the most significant changes are the re-re-doing of the 24-hour lounge (yes, twice in about six years), the suck-ification of the Torque Room (couches = gone, plastic chairs and individual classroom-style chairs for studying is apparently the new hotness. But WHERE am I supposed to skip class, take a nap, read the paper, and solve all the world's problems while playing 9-11 Jenga?). Oh, and most horrifying of all, the Tim Horton's is gone from the hallway outside of Lecture Hall 1E1 and has been replaced with mailboxes! Oh the humanity.
Overall it was a great weekend and we can't wait for the next big party! Congratulations Crystal and Anthony.
